DMARC Digest Getting Started Guide
Learn how to create your account, sign in, and start monitoring your email domain compliance.
1. Welcome to DMARC Digest
DMARC Digest is an email security monitoring platform that helps you understand who is sending email on behalf of your domains, whether those senders are authorized, and how well your DMARC, SPF, and DKIM policies are working.
What you can do
- Monitor — See every IP address that sends email claiming to be from your domain
- Analyze — Review DMARC aggregate reports with SPF, DKIM, and alignment results broken down per source
- Detect — Receive alerts when a new source appears, compliance drops, or suspicious activity is found
- Investigate — Drill into individual sending sources to see their organization, country, reverse DNS, risk score, and daily volume
- Collaborate — Invite team members with different roles (Owner, Admin, Analyst, Viewer) to your organization
How it works (the short version)
- You register a domain and configure your DNS to send DMARC reports to DMARC Digest
- Mail servers around the world automatically send aggregate reports to your DMARC Digest mailbox
- The platform parses, analyzes, and aggregates those reports
- You see the results on your dashboard — no manual uploading needed
2. Creating Your Account
To get started with DMARC Digest, you need to create an account. Each account belongs to an organization, which is created automatically during registration.
Registration steps
- Navigate to the DMARC Digest sign-up page
- Fill in your first name and last name
- Enter your email address — this will be your login identity
- Choose an organization name (e.g., your company name)
- Create a password with at least 12 characters
- Confirm your password and click Create account
Already been invited?
If a team member has already created your organization and invited you, you will still need to register an account first. Once registered, the invite will link your account to the existing organization.
3. Signing In
DMARC Digest supports multiple ways to sign in:
- Email & password — Enter the email and password you used during registration
- Google SSO — Sign in with your Google Workspace or Gmail account (if enabled by your administrator)
- Microsoft SSO — Sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD account (if enabled by your administrator)
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password? on the login page to receive a password reset link by email.
